There is a cellar underneath the conservatory which was used for making the red wine. The grapes can also be given to a local wine maker in the area in order to produce the wines off site. The vines are serviced twice a year for a day through an outside company as they bring in staff to clip, suck-er and spray with organic spray, very little maintenance.

Warm neutral wall colors, large twin feature fire places and all movables set on castors, present a blank canvas with which one can easily create and package any occasion.
The conservatory can be used for any daytime event including launches, executive meetings, film and still shoots, conferences and weddings.
At present, weddings are the prime focus.
The venue can hold:
Inside banquet-style: 120 pax outside seated: 50 pax cocktail- style inside: 180 pax cocktail-style in- and outside: 250 pax cinema-style inside: 180 pax. An on-site kitchen is equipped with an industrial oven, fridge, industrial sinks and work counters.
The farm and venue is registered with Franschhoek tourism.
Most events are booked in the conservatory for the Saturday night and the accommodation at the villa for 2 nights which gives a revenue of R46 000 per weekend (venue hire: R30 000, villa hire: R8 000 per night).
There are sometimes 2 weddings a week, if booked out to a Jewish couple for a Wednesday or Thursday event.
The conferences and shoots have not yet been marketed.
The revenue is only for the venue hire and does not include any monies made on catering or bar which would add substantial revenue if one would like to be run this side of events.
The conservatory has a liquor license.
The property employs three staff from the local village to upkeep the property, maintain the conservatory and villa, plus clean-up post-event. The services of an event manager are available should the buyer require them.
