An outside braai area with pit and built in type braai as well as a separate leafy stoep area rounds off this comfortable, yet period home set in a manageable, fenced garden.

Cottage 1

Cottage 2
Open plan kitchen and dining room, a big, well- appointed bathroom, and a bedroom of good size with smallish study/dressing area.
Lapa:

General:
The farm has no land claims and there are no permanent employees. Workers are collected either in Bonnievale or Swellendam on an as required basis.
There have been no crime incidents in the 9 years that the farm has been owned by the current owners.
The current owners are retired and wish to downsize to a more manageable property.
Farm suitability:
