The farm has 3 hectares of lavender plants that get harvested once a year. The flowers are harvested and lavender essential oil is extracted.
In addition there are 200 olive trees planted which are in their second year of growth.
In addition there are 20 ostriches which have been reared to create breeding stock. This year should see around 5 of the breeding pairs start breeding.
